Red Hanoi,
Source of joy.
Model for
Revolution
That for crisis
Seeks solution.
On the bank of Red River
And the shores of West Lake
To my love I pledged forever
In the struggle to endeavor
And my pledge I will not break.
The great secret of my success
Is a view scientific
Of a world in distress …
And devotion without end
To the cause of the masses
Headed by working classes
And a will that will not bend
